A team of four players from IT specialist Blue Chip will be showing their golfing prowess in support of Blue Chip’s chosen charity this year - the Enham Trust - at the charity’s Golf Day at South Winchester Golf Club on Wednesday 7th May 2014.
With a combined handicap of 72, Blue Chip’s Paul Cashmore, Lee Snyder, Peter Mack and Steve Philips are taking part in the Golf Day to raise funds for the charity in order to help disabled people in their everyday lives. Originally founded in 1919 as a rehabilitation centre for ex-servicemen returning from the First World War, the Enham Trust has responded to an ever-changing world by developing unique and innovative ways to continue to help disabled people exercise choice, control and independence.
Anthony Green, sales and marketing director at Blue Chip said, “Having worked with the Enham Trust for many years we fully respect its commitment to making individuals’ lives better, which is why they are our chosen charity for 2014. The team is looking forward to the Golf Day and taking part in something that will make a real difference to the people the Trust continually helps.”
