Your annual fee provides access to a Break-Fix service for the pre-agreed products, with the flexibility for additions, moves and changes via the purchase of an additional Support and Consultancy pack aligned to the agreement. This service is suited to customers that prefer to pay a fixed price for a fixed level of service.
